Imagine being with this bank for 22 years, salaries paid from one employer to the next, locally and internationally. Purchasing your first home through a bond facility, then you second, and then as you make a bit more you decide to purchase a holiday home. None of my previous bonds was with FNB not because I didn't choose their repayment rates, but I never had the opportunity to even get a rate. My bank of 22 years never offered me a bond. It's sad that other banks trusted me, but not FNB. What went wrong?
