There's a fee of R115 going off on my account described as "item unpaid-no funds"

There's a fee of R115 going off on my account described as "item unpaid-no funds". I reported this many times and the first time it was reversed. I sent a complaint via email and spoke to a consultant already and still the issue is not resolved. Nobody called me back or responded on my email. R115 three times is a significant amount of money for me, I cannot afford that because my account is even more in a negative balance. I need that reversed because they are not supposed to deduct so much. Imagine charging me so much money just because I don't have money. That doesn't even make sense. This is a really good bank, the best actually but the amount of money they deduct unnecessarily is ridiculous.
