There's a difference between a Deceased and an Insolvent Estate.
This would not have become a Complaint if the consultant whom I dealt with at your Call Centre (General Enquiries) firstly knew what an Insolvent Estate is. An Insolvent Estate is NOT a Deceased Estate. Shouldn’t all bank employees know that? My question to your Insolvent Estates Department would have been: “Have you received all dividends in respect of the Final Liquidation and Distribution account, dated 12 July 2017? If received, have the funds been appropriated to my respective accounts? What is the next step in the process? Please provide a contact person dealing with my Insolvent Estate as well as their contact details so that I may contact them directly to resolve this matter for once and for all.
