There were *****ulent transactions done on my account. FNB, has investigated the matter, and rep**** that there was a PIN code used to approve the transaction, I have contested the matter. This is how hackers operate, they log into your account and access information i.e PIN codes. +R16,000 were taken off my account and has left me in a dire financial state. FNB, how can we help you? Apparently you cannot.
