There was suspected *****ulent activity on my account, I called the ***** department call centre spoke to Thuli. What a useless, *********** person she put me through to another department which was wrong because she didn't want to listen and help. I ended up spending over 2 hours on the phone to have my matter sorted, the call volumes were so high, I had to be on hold for the longest time because of *********** people who do not want to help and do their jobs proficiently. If Thuli would have listened and try to help instead of pushing me to another department my query would have been solved withing 5 minutes. She is useless and lazy to think.
