There should be more people like her in this world

I was having a couple of problems with regards to my application of a device via the FNB site and nothing was working and when I called in...Fairlynne answered and this was the end of my worries...she was so friendly and extremely helpful and she went the extra mile in assisting me with fixing my problem....and till this day she is still being a great help (I hope the FNB company is looking after her as she is a priceless asset to this great company.
