There's no added value in having a Premier Account!

I am in the process of moving from my current bank to FNB, my bank fees will be double what I'm currently paying. However based on how attractive FNB promotes their Premier Account, I decided to switch to FNB. I have already been accepted as a Premier client and my account is active. It's been a month of hassles and my credit card is lost in limbo! I've had to go to the branch several times, I never get feedback! My applications go into a dormant state and I'm forced to reapply. I have to submit the same supporting documentation repeatedly. Why am I moving? There's no benefit to having Premier Account, just more fees and less customer service than any other standard account.!

Good day Daffnie,

Please note that my credit card was still not delivered. The courier company called me about a week ago to tell me that I will get a call in three days confirming when they will deliver, I haven't recieved a follow up call.

I'd really like to know what's special about being a premier member outside of the additional fees I'm paying?

I feel like right now I have to beg and plead for service from FNB! In addition, there are still issues with me earning ebucks which your consultants have provided me with different stories. What you guys advertise on TV, Radio and in store is not what customers are getting.

Can someone please reach me after 2pm today (I will be in meeting all morning and will not be taking calls) so that we can have this issue resolved?

I need one call, one person who knows what they are talking about and one single confirmation of all my issues. Having four people call me and still not provide any assistance is not helpful to me.
