THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO

I am going to close my account. Yes I am in arrears with a loan I should never have agreed to, but you know how tempting it is when you apply for R25000 and they offer R50000 with a new baby on the way and medical expenses and grocery bills? mmmm, temptation, so lovely. Besides the brain wrenching music they play in your ear while you have to wait as long as you have to, which is normally like going to the bank at month end anyway, you then ONCE again get to deal with a customer agent that after you ONCE again after experiencing the same thing last month, with also having the same issue, i hear AGAIN, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. I even asked, do you maybe have any suggestions how I can go about it or what other options I have and it was repeated THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO!!! So FNB, stop asking "How can we help you" because FIRSTLY, you guys DONT WANT TO HELP AND YOU GUYS ARE NOT PREPARED TO HELP!!! So my account, as little as a person as i am at your huge insitute, will be closing and i will certainly discourage as many of my friends, family members and the ordinary joe that FNB says THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. BYE BYE FNB!

i
