there is no joy when you contact FNB Law on call

I call Law on Call to request the legal advice and representation on reviewing labour Award from Corn -Arb at CCMA. Some white guy with rushing attitude didn't give me an opportunity to explain myself except telling me that they do not deal with review matters. At corn arb, legal representation is not allowed. I had no information that I should have contacted Law on Call before referring my dispute to CCMA. IF LRA does not allow legal representation except union or fellow employee at corn arb, how should I have handled this matter. The guy not willing to help clients. It is the second time I find no joy calling Law on Call. <br> <br> The matter is urgent, I need legal advice and representation.
