There is a problem with your system
Theres something wrong with your system, I did a withdrawal of R500.00 from my savings, it is showing that it was withdrawn and that there is a withdrawal fee but the amount was not paid over also it is not showing on my pending either. Please can you release the amount. I work in a call center and can not take calls please mail me if need be.

23 Mar 2026, 11:16Hello FNB, someone mailed me to tell me that I did a withdrawal on the 21st, yes this is correct but I did one today and it did not pay out and it is not showing in my pending. I did reply on the mail but they said it will take 24hrs to respond please help me.
