There are better banks than FNB

I was approached by Tanya and Mohammed to switch my home loan from my existing bank to FNB

They called me i did not call them.

After a long back and forth I was told that I cant be considered.

Why was proper due diligence not done on my account before wasting my time.

This is the pathetic nature and arrogance of FNB.

I have had issues with FNB Credit as well. I closed the account and moved to Discovery. The existing cheque account was also overpriced and useless, I downgraded that to a R6 special and moved my primary banking to Investec.

And now they come with this nonsense. Absolutely frustrating
