"their way or the high way attitude" Courier service

Their choice of courier services does not align with the reason I'm still with the bank (convenience). The courier won't call to arrange delivery time regardless of me explaining that I work on different construction sites in a day. How difficult can it be to arrange delivery time for a bank card?
