Their Business Account Live transaction banking system is incorrect

Their Business Account Live transaction banking system is incorrect. As you transact it reduces the availability balance but when the shops bank and you have no balance it charges excess fee as if you made the transaction on that day. This makes them charge us fees incorrectly
