Theft under false pretenses

On the 13th of March 2021 I went to Protea Glen FNB to open a new bank account, while helping me the consultant gave me a FNB sim card and told me it's a free one since there's a promotion. I never used a sim card since then,now I downloaded an App and surprisingly they debited me for a sim card I was told it's free. Your consultants2 are misleading us,I hnow regret opening a FNB account because of this.
