Theft - Sold a Faulty Cell Phone

Hi,

I went to the repair centre and was told that there's no part's to repair my phone? As such they've said to me that they'll be ordering me another phone having not attempted to repair it?
Why was I told to go to the repair centre if it was a known fact that there were no parts? If this is the case what assurance do I have that the next phone won't magically shut down again of which it won't or can't be repaired then what you'll replace it with a new phone again????????. With no explanation of what happened to the phone why am I expected to pay for this phone? Why am I not re-reimbursed my money back as your selling faulty equipment and your solution to the problem is to give me another phone? How does this help? I expect immediate feedback regarding this issue as nothing has been resolved.

Thanks

Kele Modise
