Theft *******

My credit card payment was due on the 8th of the month and I never received an emailed account.. I paid R16000 on due date and the next day called to find out how much I had to pay. was told that I paid R694 short. That same day I EFT an amount of R700. On my next statement I was charged R316.12 interest on R16694. However R694 was overdue for a day and I am charged R316.12 interest. On speaking to the call centre, I am informed that I was charged for 55 days interest on the full amount. However i should be charged for one day on R694. They are charging interest on the R16000 that was paid timeously.<br> That is immoral
