Theft on a higher lever

FNB has started again On the 13of December I fueled from engine R300 and it was deducted from my account Last night a deduction was made having the same reference of the R300 from Engine for the 13th of December

Why is FNB doing this A month ago I remember a deduction they did and when I called they said I didn’t have enough funds and they paid for me so that’s what they deducted and I told them to cancel that option if I don’t have money it should decline

Yet they still do it I know I had a balance of over R300 on the 13th when I fueled Please I want my money bank and close this account I will move to another bank
