Theft of R1200 by FNB

Monday 20 April 2026 went to do a bank card (Southgate) because mine was lost. I was helped by Chauke. He told me that there are to options, plastic and steel card that cost R1200. After I told him I don't want the steel card he went on to choose it and today that money was debited.

They just took my last R1200 and now my account is empty. FNB is a ****. If its not this useless service of private clients which is a **** also is bo Chauke who ***** monies from our accounts.

I need my money refunded asap.
