Theft of Ebucks

SO I am still awaiting someone to reply to my message regarding NOT receiving my EBUCKS MAKRO VOUCHER FROM DECEMBER. I got an auto reply and then someone said the voucher had been resent. IT HAS NOT And no one replies to me.. Absolutely shocking service provided... NO wonder ebucks is having big companies unpartner with them Ebucks have ****** R500 worth of ebucks from me.. I will investigate if I can take this theft further
