Theft from fnb on my account

If I could give fn -5 stars I would

I wanted to move to standard bank and asked them I on email that they should close my overdraft and my cheque account, I dont want to bank with fnb anymore, they told me I cant close my cheque account because they need to close it over a telephone conversation. Now they went and put through all their deductions on my over draft with out letting me know that there will be any deductions made early as my debit date was supposed to be the 25th, they deducted the 13th with out permission or notice, now my account is the mi us again and I owe them interest.

I feel like since they did not deducted on the agreed date they have not stayed in their contact considering the loan I have, so please explain to me why should I stay in contract with them.

I dont want have anything to with fnb anymore, they are sly and they ***** from me. They didnt deduct on my given date they didnt give notice for early deductions, so I refuse the pay the intrests on the over draft. My give dat was the 25th, they taken money from my account with out letting me know that is *****ing and theft.

I want my money back. They had NO right to take anything from my account with my consent, or knowledge.

I want my accounts closed with fnb as they are *****ing from me.
