Theft from FNB

I had a personal loan with FNB back 2016 and due to me losing my job a few months after and with no income coming in I was unable to meet the installments at the time. I have recently got a new job and have now made payment arrangements with Lekhotla Moloro who was very helpful in assisting me this has been sorted. I opened a new cheque account and noticed that there is an Account named CBS legal where R250 is deducted I don't know what account this is as it's not the personal Ioan that i have made payment arrangements for this is a different account. FNB keeps *****ing money without being authorised to do so. Can this CBS legal account please be cancelled as I have no knowledge of any other accounts with FNB besides my loan.
