THEFT - bank not clearing prepaid amount from homeloan

Asked for an mount to be cleared off my home loan (advanced pay) it's still not done, very nice when the bank that charges compounding interest just lets things slide for close on a month.. I want this back dated otherwise ombudsman here we come, this is theft
