Theft at FNB
I left a mobile phone at fnb on Saturday adnrealised within 15mins that I left it. I phoned the mobile 8 times within that 15mins and the phone was ringing until it was switched off on the 9th call. My husband tried to call it and it was off. I got to the bank and my daughter went to the consultant to inquire about the pho e and he very abruptly told her he did not see it. I I.mediately blacklisted the phone and went to open a case. I have requested footage from the bank and theybsaod Iist co.e with an investigating officer they don't show footage to clients. I will follow all due processes bit I would like to inform. You now that I have new evode.ce linking the theft to fnb staff and I need you you take this ******** act with the seriousness it deserves as I will also claim for my expenses of getting a new phone. I would like apprwciate it of so.eome from your risk department can contact me because I have done my own investigation and I want to see consequences. I'm a private client of fmb for a long time and am so disgusted by this act. The treatment i received during this whole process has beem nothing but appalling as well from the branch manager.
Good Day Juliana
