Theft!

FNB is beyond useless. I have had a loan that was paid off, and a debit STILL went off, over and above that. I have asked EVERY SINGLE DEPARTMENT how this issue can be resolved, and I can get my debit order reversed. This has been going on since April 2022!! I have spent 2 hours on the phone, been transferred back and forth between departments. Every consultant is *********** (not because they are personally stupid, but obviously their knowledge is lacking according to the FNBS’ requirements). The last time I checked, withholding money is called *****ing! Sort this out immediately.
