Theft
<p>On 17 Feb FNB decided to take money out of my account without notifying me. Due to this my account is negative and they keep on sending me SMS's. I find this to be ***** and action must be taken. This country is pathetic for letting big companies do what they want.</p>
After contacting their customer care, they responded by asking for my account details.
If I can make the star rating less, I will change it.
I have decided to change to another bank. Will it help?

And still I wait. This bank is pathetic. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. They just ignore the whole problem. I think the news papers is next. Maybe they will be interested in a story about the bank that takes money without your permission.
