THE WORST with ********** Transactions
Absolutely useless when it comes to ********** transactions and payment reversals! Its been more than a month that I have been trying to reverse a payment made to a **** bitcoin trading site. I phoned IMMEDIATELY after I made the payment so they can stop it before it goes through. I phoned and they told me it takes up to 7 working days to process my request!? ***? And now its been more than a month, i have sent through all requested documents MULTIPLE times and still here I am- frustrated and unsatisfied! Total BULL****

13 Mar 2020, 11:40Still Zero feedback. They asked me the same documenta AGAIN...! I sent it AGAIN.... and ZERO RESPONSE!! If they had just blocked the account before ny money went through I wouldn’t have this problem. It takes 7 working days my ass!!! I’ve been trying to reverse the payment for almost 2 months now!!!! R3800 down the drain because of useless service when you need it most!
