The worst speedpoint machines

FNB Merchant Services is the worst, I am on my 4th speed point machine and they all have an issue. I used a speedee and all of them died on me. I then opted to upgrade to the bigger touch screen now today it keeps saying connection failed. How are we supposed to run a business when their machines never work
