The worst south african bank FNB

Why do I use Fnb ,is it because I like the fact they have one atm at convenient shopping centres ,of which most don't work or do the functions like cash deposit ,or is it because the branches near me don't carry cash th ere fore I must drive to another branch just to get cash from the teller ,I've been standing in a queue for 22min and I'm still 16 people from the front and where's my lunch break gone to ,So I guess its the end of the line for Fnb and there non service towards clients ,As absa has 7 and they all work ,Fnb have been notified by countless residents on the area regarding the lack of service and the carelessness of their so called service ,I TRULY HOPE THIS BANK Collapses AS I SEE NO MOVEMENT BY THEM TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION ,pinelands branch is a laugh all I get offered there is SIM cards ,nothing about money growing (well even if it did how would I get it out )as there machines are always down ,We put trust in our banks ,yet never get a straight answer ........sounding like this bull**** government of ours ,Oh look Im number 8in the queue now ....and still no where near to having lunch .
