The worst service provider ever

Poor extremely poor service.. I don't get this bank really

You ask for something so simple to be done I sent email after email just get them to deduct early for the month of December so that I can have peace of mind but yet they fail they fail .... What kind of bank is this ??????? Service is beyond poor it's actually makes you angry
