The worst service from a bank possible

Worst bank ever something about this whole excess story doesn't add up,I transfer funds into my account a few days later the balance reflects the new one including the funds I transferred into the account including an sms to say the transaction has been cleared .After a few days of transacting I am told that the account is in excess via sms and the call centre tells me that transactions of this nature take around 14 days to be processed, which was a random guess because during the call the time went from 7 days to 30 days and then to 14 again at which point i realized that this was hopeless . My question is why does fnb tell people that the funds are already in the account and then turnaround and charge stupid excess fees on top of the ridiculous fees.To top it all off the reason why I had to transfer funds into that account was because I had ordered a card in April which has not been delivered till today even the second one I ordered has not arrived and its already 2 week. All they keep suggesting is a new temp card which is costing me even more money because the ****** things keep expiring.Im glad this is my last month with this bank
