The worst service ever provided by FNB!

The worst service you could ever find! I app**** for a personal loan to the value of R7000. I was informed it was approved and will be paid into my account. Then they turn back telling me it was declined! On business principal this is unprofessional! They have already loaded a debicheck onto my account that will be deducting end of month. I want my loan paid out to Me!
