The worst service ever!

I Had a loan with FNB bank, I was handed over, I paid through the lawyers (Groenewald Lubbe Inc) and now the account is paid up. The lawyers were able to give me the paid up letter and now FNB is claiming that I am still owing. I have been to the branches as the consultant who was helping ended up not knowing what to do as he was also sent from pillar to post by the head office. Since January and it's now October, with no help, what mediocre service is that. My Credit status is on standstill meaning my life is stuck and all thanks to FNB!!!

I really hope this gets sorted, it's tiring.
