The worst service

Never trust anything promises made by this bank’s consultants.

I app**** for closure of my Credit Card on the 30 October 2022 and I was told I would get my money within 5 days of my application. Well, I waited for my money which was a positive amount in my credit card when I closed the account. After a month I received an email telling me that the money was deposited into my account and I will get the money within 3days but the account number that was captured on the email was incorrect. I highlighted this out and I received a call and was told it was an error and but was fixed and I will receive my money after 3 days. It’s been 6 days and no money or communication from the bank.

My follow up emails are going unanswered now.
