The worst private banker in the land

My RMB private banker is Fezile Sokhulu.

I have had little interaction with her , infact I dont think she ever bothered to call and introduce herself however that is not the issue. In February I app**** for a joint R5.2 million home loan, which was immediately successful with Investec after they took into account my wife's earnings as well as my overseas assets (London property and rental income) Fezile didn't even bother calling me to discuss my application - after banking with RMB for 20 years. So of course she never discovered the overseas assets etc.

Now I have moved all my banking over to Investec which has been brilliant. However as part of this I wanted to downgrade my RMB accounts to a very basic (Gold) cheque and credit card while I cleared these balances and ultamately planned to close these account.

Fezile has not been able to handle this simple downgrade request. Its beyond a joke that she bears the title of private banker.
