The Worst Legal services ever

I will never recommend FNB Law on Call services to anyone. This is the worst experience I ever received. Ive opened a case in March 2023, the defendent is 100% at fault with all evidence provided. This person stated that he don't know what happend, on the police report. You know its so frustrating, FNB changed their Law agencies 3 times because the Lawyers did not attend to my case, and the reason they changed them is because I had to followup on the case, FNB and the Lawyers did not keep me informed at all, I had to contact them and get feedback after 30-90 days. FNB started to ignore my emails, I submitted 3 complaints, nothing is done still. Its now March 2025, and there is no progress, and no feedback as well as no communication done from them. And guess what, Because I need to know whats happening, I need to submit another complain on their website after another 60 days passed. I am regret having this Law on call for so many years, with the first claim, they are unable to help. This case is dust to them
