THE WORST INSTITUTION IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!!!!!

This bank is sincerely the worst bank I have experienced in my short time on this planet. First they debited my account with over R600 of ********** items paid no cash charges. I came to hello peter voiced my displeasure and was assured by FNB this situation would be fixed. To this day the situation has not be resolved and mind you this is not the first time I have had to come here to report FNB for thei9r ********** charges practice. The same issue has again risen

To make things worse they are now further debiting my account with charges for items paid with no cash when the reason my account is in the negative in the first place is them I am absolutely fed up with this Bank!!!!
