The worst FNB home affairs ever.

I assumed when banking with FNB, I wouldn’t have to struggle via the home affairs website. I have been trying to make a booking for days. Why is it that everything that involves FNB on the home affairs website, there are no bookings? On top of that when I call into the Home affairs apparently FNB is having problems.
