The Worst, FNB Facility with no assistance for the account??

This is a nightmare trying to get assistance for an account with FNB, last months revolving loan interest didn't go off, the debit order did. The amount of calls made to FNB with unsuccessful help was ridiculous, after complaining had a call saying the next payment, interest for 2 months will be taken, guess what debit order went off yesterday and the interest did not, just accumulating.

Called in this morning after being transferred to 5 people (check records) was assisted partially as she had to email someone senior, what's the point of having email addresses where you get a reply to email someone else, you email them and they just refer you back to the 1st email address, there's no one that you can actually talk to regarding the revolving loan, a ticket has to be logged for further assistance and still don't get any calls ??? Let's not forget about be tossed on the app chat, does any one monitor these to see how actually unhelpful it is?

I need someone to call me to discuss this revolving loan and what's going on with the interest and account ????????????????

Even the branch cannot assist as they also need to call in and log a ticket !
