The worst experience of my life with a financial institution

The worst experience of my life with a financial institution. The level of frustration I have with FNB is unexplainable. I spoke to more ten people this morning and all of them kept on telling different stories regarding my account. Two of the agents I spoke to were extremely rude and ended the calls without any explanation but " due to the nature of the call I have to end the call" whatever that means I don't know. Could be please provide me with the reason why there's a hold on my account and what I need to do to remove it ,PLEASE???
