The worst customer experience ever

i app**** for fnb business account and registered a a company through FNB business online, i was given the account number ********** 4317 and told to deposit R175 into the account, a week later a bank card was delivered to me by the courier services, however when i went to the ATM to deposit, the account was not activated. i tried to activate the account online but received an error code that the card number was incorrect. i waited two weeks for the account to be activated and still nothing happened. i went to the branch in Maponya Mall and the consultant told me that the according to the records the Business division did not receive my documents which i already scanned to them before i could even recieve the bank card. she then suggested that i should give her the documents and she scanned and email them again to the business division and informed me that the business division will contact me and activate the card. i waited for another two weeks and nothing happened. i have a card and an account that does not axist. i then decided to go to the branch at Bank City branch. The consultant at bank city was very helpful and informative, he also confirmed that according to a note on the account the business division claimed not to have recieved the documents i sent to them, he looked through the system and confirmed that there are documents, however he suggested that we email the dosuments to them again. he then did a follow up call to comfirm if they recieved the documents which was also confirmed, he assisted me in opening a personal account . two weeks later my account was still not actvated, i submitted this account to my prospective , i tried to use the account when i registered on the government central supplier database and it was rejected. this has affected the running of my business as without a valid account number i could not registre on many supplier data bases. after a month of struggling to activate my account another consultant from the business division contacted me and claimed that they could not activate my account because according to them my profile was incomplete. i did not understand how can my profile be incomplete if they already send my a bank card. she suggested that i email the same documents which have been emailed to them more than four times, and i did not agree with that. i informed her that if they cant activate my account then it is better if we cancel everything i will go another bank since the process was affecting me. she suggested that she will re-activate the whole process without me sending the documents again and will give me a new account number, my concern wa if they were not able to activate my account due to those documents not recieved by the department how on earth was she going to open and activate a new account, however she conviced me to give her a chance to rectify the error made before by the division. she promised to give me a new account number and sent a new card as soon as possible. she later emailed me a new account number. however did not cancel the inactive one. i waited for the new account number to be activated as well and never received a card for that account to that effect. i then decided to test the account by trasfering a small amount and removing it, which was successful, however yesterday someone tried to deposit money into this account at Southgate Mall Branch and was told that there is a hold on the account and no one was able to deposit until the hold is been remove.

i am frustrated at this process, it took FNB three months to activate the account which i have in my possession a letter of account confirmation, dated 27 -09-2016, which i sent to several suppliers and clients as my business account and not active. i now hold a new account with no bank card, which FNB has started debiting and sending me texts that the account is in a excess. i dont know how FNB could expect me to start using the account if i was never informed if it is active or not and if they never even send me the card as promised.

i am dissapointed in the extremely terrible service that i receive from FNB which also have affected the running of my business.

i want all this accounts to be cancelled. i want nothing to do with FNB anymore.
