The worst business banking

I have a business account and we opened a secondary account for the same business. I noticed that the secondary account was no longer showing on my application. When I enquired on their secure chat the lady said it was R400 in arears, no call, no communication of intend to close. The lady I was chatting to said If i go to the branch they can open it immediately since i was expecting a payment. When i arrived at the branch the lady looked on the system, said "dial this number ******X, go sit on the other side" by then i was unaware that we were handed to attorneys for the R400 then the attorneys said they dont have the information now and will call me later. I had to call them again today to get information regarding the account. Our primary account is very active and if i had known that the secondary one was in arrears I would have transferred. They say how can we help? *******! they should have at least let me know that they intend to close the account.
