The worst banking institution ever! *********, ************, Shady!

The worst and most ********* banking institution ever. Crazy to think that one can spend almost half a day on their in app chat service, only to get nowhere! Shirley from Homeloans was evidently DELIBERATELY disconnecting each chat, causing me start over and over again. At times, she sent a message thanking me for the chat and ending same while seeing that I am still typing! Frustrating hours later, my query is still not resolved!!
