The WORST bank with the WORST service

The WORST bank with the WORST service. I contacted them last week to dispute a FEE debit on my account. I received a prompt reply - great? NO! I was arrogantly informed that I am permitted a maximum of R2000 cash withdrawal per month fee free. This is correct as far as it goes. However, I use their app to withdraw cash - the maximum there is R4000 per month. How does a staff member treat a "valued customer" so arrogantly? Especially when said staff member is ******** of the fact that they offer 2 DIFFERENT Pricing structures! I am seriously contemplating changing my Bank. This is MY hard-earned money
