THE WORST BANK TO TRSUT WITH YOUR MONEY

So I had over R500 **********ly taken from my account on the 25th of December 2022 I reported this to FNB and provided all the information they required of me. They assured me they would deal with this and my money would be back in my account in 20 working days. It is now the 1st of February 2023 and nothing has been done to this day and no communication as to where my money is or when I will get it
