It has been many weeks with FNB not assisting me to get my refund, I made a payment online to Builders Warehouse using a virtual card, a day later I deactivated the virtual card meaning i no longer have this as an active virtual card. I had to cancel my order with builders warehouse which they refunded to the same card i paid with(the deactivated virtual card) it has been over 30 days trying to get this resolved with FNB with no luck or response , all they is push me to different departments. I have signed a card dispute form , i have called , i have sent emails to my private banker and simply just get i
