Dear FNB, thank you for really putting me through hell the last 2 weeks. I have phoned your call center 5 times with a dispute that has not been resolved. I phoned this morning, and one of your call center agents had the audacity to keep me listening to your backround music for 15 minutes. I can almost immediately tell you wants going to happen next, you will probably respond to this complaint - in an automated fashion.<br> <br> I don't need an automated response from you, I just want my money back that is owed to me - then I will be off your case!
