THE WORST BANK FNB SA

I am beyond angry and disgusted at this bank. FNB **** TO ME FOR A YEAR. They told me the judgment against my name would be cleared as I had paid my debt to them in FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT. This was done over a year ago.

I received letters from the lawyers (over a year ago) acknowledging my paid-up debt.

FOR OVER A YEAR I HAVE SPENT A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY AND TIME ON PHONE CALLS TO THE LEGAL DIVISION IN JHB - constantly being told they had sent TRANSUNION the clearance to remo ve the judgement.

TODAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL NOT BE CLEARING MY NAME. SUDDENLY, AFTER OVER A YEAR OF LIES AND FALSE PROMISES (AS WELL AS ME PAYING THE DEBT), THEY NOW CHANGE THEIR TUNE TO 'NO. WE WILL NOT DO SO.'

I spoke to many consultations at FNB LEGAL. ONE BY THE NAME MOSA AT *** If they will just listen to all the recordings between myself and them, they will know what lies I've been told.

This is unacceptable.
