THE WORST BANK EVER

NO one seems to know how to perform their work in FNB...

I really cannot understand that FNB has the worst customer service in our country. Why focus on getting technology awards and forget about your customers...

I have tried phoning and calling. i wrote a review here 2 weeks ago... and still NO BUT NO ONE CONTACTED ME.. i got a refrence number and nothing else..

HOW CAN ONE GET A SIMPLE THING DONE AT THIS STUPID **** BANK????
