THE WORST BANK EVER

FNB is the worst bank in the history of banks. An agent finally called and assisted with credit life insurance after having complained on Hellopeter. We spoke and covered the mortgage and the documents were sent and thought all was fine. To my surprise when I logged on my banking app the policy had incorrect mortgage amount and premium so i called the number on my policy document and the phone was answered by Geraldine who just wanted to transfer the call, after informing her that the number I’m calling is the correct number on my policy document and I did not want to be transferred we spoke. I advised her the reason for my call, She kept on arguing about my mortgage amount and what she sees in front of her that she cannot assist any further and I should not make here repeat the same thing. Beyond the misstate that the bank made what was more appalling is the service that I got from them when I needed it to be corrected. I CAN NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH MY MONEY ANYMORE.
