The worst bank

I done an online purchase on Amazon however I cancelled my order but the funds still went off my account I spoke to Amazon they advised that they let the bank know that the order was cancelled I spoke to FNB they advised me that I need to complete a form in order for me to get my refund. I waited since laat week today I called spoke to a very rude young lady who is working from home I don't want to mention her name cause I don't want to get her into trouble.

IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND TODAY I WILL HO TO THE OBUDMANS.
